A Waco grand jury investigating the deadly shooting outside a Twin Peaks restaurant that left nine people dead will meet for an extra 90 days.
The Waco Tribune-Herald reports the grand jury's term was extended Wednesday by State District Judge Matt Johnson.

"APPARENT" confrontation? Wow... it appears that the AP may be beginning the long, hard slog of backing away from the official story.
