ATM’s? You may as well blame dial phones and area codes for massive unemployment of huge numbers of telephone operators, the voice of “Ma Bell”.
Technology marches on. Productivity is the measure of economic progress, and the ATM’s have multiplied the productivity of bank clerks enormously.
At times I have asked people “How much more stupid can Obama be?”

In that regard, Obama reminds me of one of those murder suspects you see on “The First 48”. He thinks he has the interviewer over a barrel because his claims of innocence are so believable but the more he talks, the more guilty he appears to be.
If people think ATMs are the cause of the current unemployment, they should just wait and see the unemployment when the minimum wage gets jacked up and all the fast food restaurants switch to self-serve ordering kiosks.
