Sorry. I lost complete respect for the Oscars and their race game when they have the Oscar to Denzel Washington for Training Day just to have both Best Actors to be black (Halle Berry I believe).
Denzel has definitely pushed out some Oscar worthy performances. But. Not Training Day.

In any case, no one gives a s*** about the Oscars any more. We simply go to the movies that appeal to us....even those who have actors possessing single digit IQs.
An oscar is worth a couple of pennies less than a Nobel Prize in anything other than the sciences.
I enjoyed Creed and it very much turned Rocky into a black movie. With ten Best Picture nominees I thought it should have been given a nod. The director did a great job on that.
