There are quite a number of underwater cameras which you can watch live online. Some of the cameras are at dams with fish chutes on rivers where they even have fish counters. A lot of oil rigs have such cameras. Some people make a hobby of watching the cams and report interesting sightings. A TV show I mentioned was showing recordings of various such cameras.

Who the hell is Kim?
