Stuff like cosplay and anime are supposedly wildly popular in Japan-but the Asian sense of humor and imagination is a lot different from those in the West.
I’ve seen a couple of documentaries that were about that stuff, and I really don’t get the lure of it-it just seems like a weird fetish-and a little creepy to me-I like to dress up at Halloween as much as anyone-two of my fav costumes are dominatrix and hooker, because I’ve never been the bad bitch in real life-but I don’t fantasize or get off on that...
