Praise God that she was able to let me know it is 100% her in there and that she understands everything being communicated to her. I did ask the Lord to give you both the gift of thankfulness for all the doctors and nurses and technicians that sh will get to know. One of the best experiences will be writing down their names, and making up a note of thanks and praise for the NCU.
I know exactly what she is fee;ing, for I've gone through that experience of trying to reconnect voice with thoughts. Just give her a few days, and she will see the improvements.
God bless you both in this reawakening of a special care for each other!
