Same here. In all truth, I’m disappointed that Cruz didn’t handle this issue up front. It has hurt him and continues to do so.

Me too. I want it decided. Cruz should do whatever it takes to get it resolved. He could...

• Petitioning the courts to decide the lawsuits on their merits instead of dismissing for lack of standing
• Maybe he can still take Trumps advice and ask for a declaratory judgement, though I think the courts will defer to the lawsuits at this point.

Of course I want Cruz to sue Rubio too. Rubio's anchor babie status isn't natural born citizen either in my opinion. And Rubio is trying to Obama his way out of the lawsuit filed against him, by claiming the plantiff doesn't have standing.
