Michael Savage announced on his radio show today that he will begin raising money for the legal defense of the militia occupiers who are occupying the Malheur Wildlife Preserve in Oregon and protesting the wholesale land grab in that area by the feds.
Savage ping. just got in and saw this
Michael Alan Weiner?
Any kin to Anthony Weiner? Both are from NYC.
He’d better be careful. Any of his donations make their way to the occupiers, not their legal defence, it could be construed as giving material support. Just sayin. The Feds are crafty lil devils.
FreeRepublic just got a plug from Savage, third hour, twenty minutes in.
Good for Savage, Hurray!
Say what you will about Savage, but at least his heart is in the right place. I’m not seeing this kind of, support from any other big talk radio hosts.
Oregon is a textbook buffalo jump.
Be the Indian, not the buffalo.
I feel bad for them, but it’s a mistake to reinforce a blunder.
Just more buffalos heading for the cliff.
So what exactly do you recommend that the protesters do now?
I listen to Savage all of the time. He says a LOT of good things.
He is also a bit unhinged....hehehe...which makes him entertaining precisely because his heart is in the right place regarding these types of things.
When it's time, we'll all know it. This ain't it. This is a classic buffalo jump.
In Oregon, patriots are being goaded into running into a fool's Alamo on top of quicksand.
That's my opinion, FWIW. YMMV.
So are you suggesting the remaining protesters at the refuge give up? I’m sure they would be arrested. I doubt they would be allowed to just go home unimpeded.
Will have to add “Buffalo Jump” now to my lexicon. Just wish the feds went after alien trespassers with same vigor as they use against American citizens. I’m told I am part Oklahoma Indian way back. Maybe I identify with your analysis in my DNA.
We can’t help the morons out of a moron trap they jumped into with their eyes open.
Sorry, I am not following buffalos to an obvious cliff just because Indians are waving blankets at the buffalos in front of me.
When it’s time, we’ll know.
They won’t, put that out of your mind.
Ditto to that. I did think it was close at the Bundy ranch.
Yeah, that happened more or less organically. Not this hair brained idea of jumping, uninvited, into a fool’s Alamo in the middle of nowhere, where the feds would hold almost every card.
