False. Cruz’s position is “Enforce the law.” Pure and simple.

Trump’s is send them back, then let them back in. That’s not only amnesty, it’s a cumbersome and expensive amnesty. It would be cheaper just to let them stay here in the first place, and you’d get the same effect.

Cruz covers his stance with that one phrase. It means they get to stay. He has waffled since the campaign began, refusing to even talk about it, condescendingly saying ‘The American people don’t want to have that conversation.”

Trump makes them leave and get in line if they want back in. With all the requirements that everyone else has.
