The Clinton investigation has been the elephant in the room during the Democratic presidential primary process, with audiences wondering if the former first lady could be charged with misconduct.
Despite a declaration from Clinton's closest rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders - in a nationally televised debate - that Americans are 'sick and tired of reading about your damn emails' - the cloud of prosecution has hung over Clinton's campaign since early last year.
'It does give pause to Democrats who are concerned that there may be another shoe to drop down the road,' Andrew Smith, a political scientist at the University of New Hampshire, told The Hill.
Currently - because Clinton's emails as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013 are still being processed - more than 1,300 emails have been deemed classified that were processed through the server, although some of those classifications may have been retroactive.
Clinton herself has maintained no wrong-doing, and neither the FBI nor the Justice Department would comment to The Hill.

Wise political stand for Bernie to stand above, besides, away from the investigation, and not make it political by attacking her himself on the subject.
Then if she is indicted, he can say too bad, but I had nothing (political) to do with it. Wish you the best, etc.
I think the sooner the the better for the RAT party, get it out there and over with before the primary’s.

if I had done half this much damage I would have long since gone to jail, having accepted a plea bargain on advice of my counsel.

Gee, let’s see...she clearly mishandled compartmentalized information which is usually good for oh, 20 years or so minimum...and yet no phalanx of armed FBI agents stormed through her door and shot her as they did to a protesting cowboy the other day.

I have heard that the investigation may be additionally moving into espionage territory. However, considering the Clinton’s past crimes regarding national security, I don’t have any hope this will go anywhere either.
They’ve had more than enough to charge the witch for months. All moves on this are political, the law doesn’t come into it. I don’t have any faith that the FBI will let law come before politics. I know damn sure the DOJ won’t act based on law or national security.
There will be no announcement.

IMO: Obama will indict Hillary in late spring after she has gotten the nomination. He will pardon her in exchange for withdrawing from the race. Then the kenyan will broker the Dem convention.
