In the article they discuss "email chains" and I have been wondering how many indictments may be coming. Certainly there are a host of individuals that handled (mishandled) these sensitive emails. How many even had clearance to be in any email chain?

Yep do not who at this point. But someone is going to prison over this. Not sure Clinton can get someone to do the 30 years in her place.
