Before you leave the forum for good, can you perhaps tell me if Kyolic garlic capsules are worth taking? I'd like to get more garlic into my diet and chewing raw garlic cloves gives me garlic breath. It doesn't bother me that much because I like the taste and smell of garlic. But my wife is not too crazy about it.
I'm just wondering if the garlic capsules are a good alternative to the real thing. But I'm still putting real garlic into my soups and on my food as much as I can. I really like the garlic and I think garlic is good for the body.
