Looky looky who went full on beck and got zotted.
It is a great day. Ham and asparagus in Bearnaise over pie crust and under puff pastry. I will not even mention appetizer and desert, but it is comfort food from my youth. We did not have a lot of $, so it was canned asparagus and Spam under home made pie crust with Bearnaise, but it worked. Was delicious. My rift of it is too, just 0% water added natural ham and steamed asparagus this time.
