Rubio is not the establishment favorite. There will be pressure on Bush, Christie, Kasich, Fiorina to drop out. (Obviously I am guessing.)
Huckabee will probably stab Christian conservatives in the back by endorsing either Trump or Rubio. The only way I will get over his betrayal is if he endorses Cruz. I do not expect that. What a disappointment he has been to me, especially since I even wrote in his name in 2012.
For the record, I do not favor pressuring people to drop out. They represent voters. let them decide and the chips fall where they fall. I just know that is how other people think.
