IMHO, Marco Rubio's tax plan sucks compared to the plans proposed by Ted Cruz and Donald Trump. Donald Trump cuts more taxes than the rest of them and would, of course, necessitate deeper spending cuts which is something we're supposedly in favor of around here.

The only upside to a Rubio win would be that it would drive a stake into the heart of the establishment GOP.

The not very long term result of electing Rubio would be quite the same as the short term result of electing any Democrat. No matter how solid his conservative (outside of immigration) principles are, open borders and Amnesty, which he absolutely would promulgate, would create the Permanent and Total Democrat State. America would morph into the USSR of the 50s or even the 30s.
