I haven’t heard any mention of Opera in 5-8 years.

I don’t think I’ve had it installed on more than one machine.

Who knew?

Crap! I view FR on my phone with Opera mobile. It’s one of the only android browsers left with text wrap feature. I don’t use Chinese software as a general policy.

Chinese Worldwide purchases like the Chicago Board of Trade sale . American land and buildings sales.
Not a good sign
These Chinese billionaire investors are busy shoving their money out of their country because they see a big shakeup (purge) comming. The problem with all this is that government of theirs could nationalize and seize these holdings. Huge internal upheaval comming there .

But, several years ago, they opted out of the browser chase, announcing they would henceforth be using a version of WebKit, the rendering engine behind Safari and Chrome. After that, their business story was all hand-waving! It's amusing that the Chinese are getting taken in ...

So, why would anybody continue to use their stuff or depend upon them?
