Whoa. If this is the same type of phone, this puts an entirely new spin on it, doesn't it? :)

Only to those not truly paying attention to what he's been told... repeatedly. As of iOS8, Apple no longer keeps the encryption key. They are as locked-out from iPhones on iOS8 and 9 as the rest of us.

Right. I think that Google, MS, Juniper and Cisco all did this in response to the Snowden disclosures and the James Clapper testimony misstatements.
