I always check your charts and graphs on the Caucus page. The trend from day to day always is interesting. No real “point” here, but the first thing I do after voting is check the prior day’s charts. Thanks for doing that!

That is a an achievement. Prior to a major court case, a lawyer has weeks, months, and even years to prepare his presentation. He has colleagues and paralegals doing research for him, and writing the documentation.
Since the majority of cases involve the review of a decision of some other court, there is no jury and no witnesses are heard. For each case, the Court has before it a record of prior proceedings and printed briefs containing the arguments of each side.
Basically, he just stands up there and reads for 30 minutes. It doesn’t not required “thinking on your feet”. I want a president who can make a good decision within a minute’s time if necessary. There will be times when there won’t be the luxury of intense preparation.
