I’ve never seen a single quote so twisted and misquoted over and over again. Try going back to the original instead of making up your own interpretation.
I thought he said he could go shoot someone and they would be ok with it. He was exaggerating (he’s best at that and it doesn’t take much thought) and joking, of course. Kind of in a giddy bwahahaha sort of way, though. :)
