Sean Connery was only 59 years old in that movie, 1989, he was born in 1930.

Wow,considering how long Connery has been around, I thought he was older then that. Ford is only 12 year younger then Connery!

Yup. Connery first played James Bond in 1962 in Dr. No. He was 31 at the time of its release. It's not his first role, but it was his most iconic.

I would pay a thousand dollars at the box office to see that just once.

But Cthulhu had better be mostly practical effects.

Maybe he wants to be the Indiana version of Clint Eastwood in Gran Torino.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is a strange film. I understand and even greatly appreciate what it was supposed to be: if Raiders of the Lost Ark was a homage to the serials of the Thirties and Forties, then KOTCS was a homage to the B-movies of the Fifties. But the execution was way off. Just like the Star Wars prequels. It was something that looked awesome on paper, buuuuuuttt...

And Lucas could have come up with a better MacGuffin to use than the crystal skull hokum.
