I was there on Camp Schwab during the first rape that occurred in 95. I was in my final month of a 6 month pump and we were locked to base. We got paid a visit by Commandant of The Marine Corps Gen Krulak and Sgt Maj of The Marine Corps Overstreet. These were not fun times.
