How does this get past the Constitutional “procedural defense” of ex post facto law, I would understand less.
It stinks that these items were taken and I would hope that every good effort would be made to procure them back and bestow them again on the families that were robbed. But I thought Ted was Mr. Constitution. If the buck does not stop there, where should it stop and how are we going to get it to do so?

Who wants to eat stale matzah, I make mine fresh daily during the festival of Unleavened Bread. Really, the festival is not for another 2 weeks and it takes like 10 minutes for me to make a batch for the entire family each day.
