Great word. Onomatopoeic as to the reaction to the condition. Yech, blech, and yuk come to mind. I especially liked WhyisaTexasgirlinPa but take umbrage at the old man ripe smell reference, though totally apropos. More on the odor of "the blet of an old goat."
