“The technical phrase is that my lungs are “showered” with clots. Finally got out of ICU today thankfully.”

you need to read the rest of his tweets........he said he was slowly recovering, lungs were “showered” with clots..........so his comment has to do with a health issue he is facing

Pulmonary embolism.That’s about as life-threatening as it gets.A family member just barely survived one about 5 years ago,doctors couldn’t say if she would live or die for the first 48 hrs.

I hope you are making a joke about his choice of subject matter. I mean, life and death is supposed to put things in the proper perspective, and partisan politics shouldn't be part of that.
