If a transgender man dressed as a woman used a woman’s bathroom who would know? He have to pee in the sink!
If a transgender woman dressed as a man used a men’s bathroom who would know? They couldn’t use the urinal.
So how would they be identified?

As with all people and all situations, the urge to act on bad behavior is predicated on that individual. Setting up a person who might do this does not help the person.
Your going to find bad people no matter where you go, but you try to minimize the temptation. IMO.

Are men who claim to be women who are attracted to women the same thing as lesbians? Aren’t men and their sexual attractions different from women and their sexual attractions?
Seems to me it’s bad enough with gay men and lesbians and bathrooms, especially with gay men. That’s where you get wide stances, glory holes, and predation. But now businesses can’t stop a man who claims to be a woman who is attracted to women from using the women’s bathroom? Come on, this isn’t that hard.
