No doubt.
Yes, our reigning Muslim is rooting for them. But, he wants them to exhibit a little patience in acting. Wait until a Republican administration is in charge, so he can say, "I told you so, that the new President's policies would inflame them, and recruit adveraries to their cause. My policies of understanding were far better. At least I kept us safe."
I'm not usually gifted with foreknowledge, but I can hear this clearly now.
