How come whenever some entertainer who was popular 30 years ago dies, society collapses in a sycophantic fit, moaning about how "we" have "lost a legend?" I was sitting in a public place, somebody suddenly stood up and yelled, "Oh no, we lost Prince," followed by a ripple of shock and dismay through almost everyone in the vicinity. How many of those people ever even knew who "Prince" was?

"Prince" died alone.

I would like to see the Know-Nothings get as upset over the death of every American serviceman
as they do over each freaky, unhinged entertainer who drugs him/herself to death.
