They would be so overwhelmed prosecuting those cases. If I were to make a good guesstimate I'd say there is fraud in 1 out of every 4 of their household but it could be higher. It's rampant. I know that 4 out off 4 family members were using someone else's identity on a case I worked two years ago. I got affidavits from the people they submitted the credit apps to along with information on who the social security and driver's license number they "borrowed" belonged to, to buy their vehicles and the judge did nada; not one damn thing. If we did that we'd be in jail. In fact the court system acted as though they were pissed that I discovered this. Our court systems are corrupted beyond belief; well not o anyone in here but the others out there, yes...
