I wonder who dropped Rafael Cruz from the lawsuit. Was this because of Ted’s political connections?
This lawsuit was first filed in 2005. Ted Cruz had significant clout by then.
“According to the lawsuit, first filed in 2005 in United States District Court in New Mexico, the company had allowed a sales associate to place large orders for Mannatech products and then distribute them to customers in Australia and New Zealand without approval from those countries. That allowed the company “plausible deniability” because it would appear that the associate was acting alone, the lawsuit said.
Mannatech “intended to do the same thing to gain a foothold in Mexico,” according to the lawsuit.
This claim was attributed to an unnamed former project manager who served as a confidential witness in the case and went on to describe an encounter with Mr. Cruz. The project manager had relatives in Mexico and was asked by Mr. Cruz whether those relatives “were interested in taking in Mannatech products and redistributing them to potential customers in Mexico,” according to the lawsuit.
The project manager, who later left the company, “knew this was not legal in Mexico,” and to avoid getting those relatives in trouble, declined the offer.”
So did God tell Rafael Cruz to sell in Mexico, even though it was against the law?
Cruz and his son are con artists pure and simple.
What is the point of this post? #1 - the article is about as sketchy as it gets. #2 - how does it help us beat Hillary? Trump is going to be the nominee and Prez unless YOU poison the well so much that the conservatives stay home.

It’s not sketchy. He was named in the lawsuit. He was head of their Mexican operations and then his name was dropped from the lawsuit.
You don’t hide the truth to get Cruz voters. That’s what’s wrong with our system now. I think Cruz voters would rather know the truth. I know I want to know the truth!

Cruz is still running and plans to destroy the party at he convention. He said the Chicago thugs were Trump’s fault. When Cruz decides to stop running and unite his supporters around Trump, then articles like this will disappear. Till then it is fair game to see what father and son are really like.

And I forget ... which articles did you post about all the scams Trump has been involved with? You know, the one he is currently being sued for. Or is that not important as regards an ACTUAL candidate. Pitiful.

I watched Ben Carson’s Mannatech videos. I really didn’t like Ben Carson’ involvement in the company. His videos on Mannatech were one of the reasons, I quit supporting Ben.
Now, I find out that the supposedly great and true Rafael Cruz who gets the Word of God evidently directly from God and calls his son the anointed one was much more involved in this company than Ben Carson’s snake oil videos, I am disgusted.
I hope Rafael gets investigated for his shady past and I would like to know why Ted Cruz sealed his records. If Ted Cruz dropped out of the race and helped to heal the party, I wouldn’t bother. But until he drops out, Ted will continue to come under scrutiny
