This has been happening at big concerts for years. Women who have been drinking beer for hours and really need to go. Line at the ladies room backs-up around the corner and down the hall. They get desperate and crash the mens’ room. Most guys I know are actually OK with this.
Like I said in my comment, if you got to go, you got to go, and when the line was 100 women deep. I don’t blame her.
Exactly.
Anyway, it's never a hassle. Men are just bemused when a woman is forced to go in there and nobody really cares.
Consequently, I've accidentally walked into a women's room a couple of times. It's not like in the movies where a bunch of women in frilly underwear clutch themselves and scream. They just give me that slightly bemused look and I just get out of there as fast as I can.
” Line at the ladies room backs-up around the corner and down the hall. They get desperate and crash the mens room. Most guys I know are actually OK with this.”
Same here. If you’re hot, believe me, we guys are Ok with it LOL
Seen it so many times too. The most recent one was seeing the Stones’ in San Diego a year ago and some chick walks in to clean her face. The younger dudes were gobsmacked while us older dudes were Meh’
This is one of the cases where the difference between the two genders is significant, and political correctness won't allow for it.
I don't know any men that would complain about a woman using their restroom. In fact, I would expect most to be willing to "stand guard" for her, even for a stranger.
But, it's entirely different for a man using the women's restroom -- because evolution has favored predatory men. It's in our DNA, and a few thousand years of civilization won't breed it out.
They are two completely different situations, but western society's quest for "equality" has reached the point of absurdity by trying to ignore the difference.
There are a number of women on FR that get offended over the "(not) guilty" proclamations when yet another article about sex among teachers and students are posted. But again, they don't want to acknowledge that the situation is completely different, depending on the gender of the respective parties.
My GF used to do this. I followed her inside the men’s room to make sure nothing got out of line. And mostly the men were amazed and amused—but not outraged.
However, one time a guy at a long wall urinal heard her voice and turned around quickly without shutting down. He accidently sprayed one or two guys. An argument and fight started so I hustled her out of there in a hurry.
Looking back on it, the expression on the faces of the guys at the moment of truth was pretty funny.
Who is at fault here, the desperate woman or the designer of the facility? The first time I saw the resourceful women using the guys' restroom I chuckled.
Agree. Very commonplace. I've even seen women sidle up to the urinal, pull their shorts to the side and spray one in. I've also seen women give up and just squat outside by a trash can. The magic of alcohol.
I've seen it where the line to the ladies room gets too long, and the guys will give up theirs long enough to clear up the backlog. Somebody will check to be sure it's clear first, and then half the line to the ladies room will move over to the men's room. The guys will get in line behind them, and wait at the door until the last one is out before they go in.
