A federal judge Thursday allowed for the pretrial release of two more defendants facing federal conspiracy charges in the armed takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

U.S. District Judge Robert E. Jones released Jake Ryan, 27, to his parents in Plains, Montana, after questioning Ryan's father under oath.

In a separate hearing, the judge ordered defendant Travis Cox, 21, released to his mother in central Oregon.

The latest court events involving the Oregon Standoff Case.

In the part of the story not excerpted, the federal judge (Robert Jones) made comments in one of the court hearings about a released defendant being taken out of a Donald Trump rally in Spokane, Washington last month.

Darryl Thorn's attempt to bring the Oregon Standoff Case to Trump's attention eventually resulted in him being contracted by the Trump Campaign.

That case needs some investigation focusing on the FBI Hostage Rescue Team (which supposedly is being investigated by the Inspector General of AG’s office in DC).

An FBI guy fired two shots at LaVoy’s truck as he got stuck in the snow and got out.

The Oregon State Police who gunned LaVoy down may have been startled by those shots and inclined to open fire on LaVoy out of fear of his actions accompanied by the FBI gunfire.

The notion that the FBI ‘set-up’ LaVoy’s death can’t be discounted based on what info we currently have.

The FBI drone recorded the agents going through the snow after LaVoy was killed to pick up their shell casings so they could cover up the firing of the shots.

There was a rally in downtown Portland on Monday in support of the Patriots and Ammon Bundy called on the phone from jail and spoke to the group of people outside.

If we were true patriots, we would have already released them. Instead, we are sniveling slaves to the state. May our chains rest lightly.
