This tactic is not new. Shoplifters have been using children for years to steal stuff.
They act like they don’t know. They also know that the child won’t be prosecuted. Nothing happens to them.
My wife watched a Welfarian mother beat her young child for stealing something; store security stopped them and the child had something hidden in his coat. The thing was, it wasn’t candy or something a child might want; it was oatmeal or something else kids generally wouldn’t steal.
These gibsmedats are simply surrogate mothers for the welfare/poverty industry, and their children are simply a means to an end (a life of leisure).
