Square works decently. More people use it to run their businesses than Paypal and it gives you the option to take their credit card info over the phone but at a higher fee.
Okay, care to explain...?
I have looked into this because of PayPal’s obnoxious shafting of NC. They exist. You are going to have to do some searching. It’s not that hard. Even Amazon can help you on this.

ProPay has been advocated by many pro-family groups.
I use Stripe and love it. Much more professional looking than people having to go to paypal’s site. Uses a nice little popup. It’s strictly credit card and you’ll have to have ssl/https for it to work but that’s something you should have anyway.
Not 100% sure but I think you can do recurring payments aka subscriptions with it as well. Super easy to set up. It does require connection with a bank account. No minimum on payments/deposits going to your bank account and they do that automatically every two weeks. Same rates as paypal.
Cash. Small bills. Brown paper bag.
I use a service called Skrill. It’s a really easy payment service just like paypal, and with low fees. I don’t do donations or anything with it, but it’s a pretty simple approval process to get started with. Not sure if it will suit your needs, but it’s worth checking out.
