Are you talking of the lady in Minnesota? I am suspicious of this entire episode. The video shot by her from the passenger seat...the left side of the car, was clear, it was as if it was spliced in. If a cop shoots four times into a car at near point blank range, there would be blood on the lady. She would be deaf, the child would be bawling loudly. Now what about that right side of the car steering wheel? Not only that, but the traffic was going by on the right side in the same direction, and the cop approached the right side of the car. There are not many cars with steering wheels on the right side in America. Most of them are postal vehicles. Are we sure this video is not the result of computer graphics?
She also sounded very calm, to me.
I don't record video much, but have wondered if any of the odd effects in that video could have been caused by the camera on the phone being reversed to record from the front of the phone as opposed to out of the back camera?
Way too many assumptions in your post.
Did you notice that the window on the drivers side is rolled up? That would shield most of the interior from the muzzle blasts.
The shots were angled down, which is why she was not hit or splattered.
It is likely very similar to the Eric Scott case, where the police gave contradictory commands. One officer saying keep you hands in the open; another say lets see your license and registration.
