You couldn’t be more correct. It’s unfortunate that posts like this even get attention.

Well, what side is keeping us from the crucial information?

Why the changing stories and tapes that omit crucial periods?

Why can’t Lavish tell the same story twice?

Why should anyone listen to the claims of the Convicted Felon Mother?

perhaps he robbed the store to get the funds to pay the $1000 fine for driving without a license because he couldn’t afford the $200?

“but after you lose your license (for whatever reason)...if you go and examine the gaining-back process (doesn’t matter what state)....there’s some serious cash involved,”

Somebody I know on the low end of the spectrum with two kids lost his license over a fine that did not involve driving. Taking your license is how states force you to pay fines. If you don’t have the money for the fine and they take your license you lose your job and go on welfare, which is what happened. The fine was about $250. They add 40% when it goes into collection. Getting your license back is $495. That was a couple of years ago and he still doesn’t have his license.

Thanks, Tony. I knew this story was pretty much a crock as soon as his driving infractions began leaking out and his baby mama started changing her story. But the cop haters will drop in soon to admonish you.

I care. As should every person who drives or has a child who walks across the street once he gets off the school bus.

The truth doesnt matter to the modern media and left wing lunatics. He is still an angel on his way to church when a cop says: Hey, there’s a black guy!

Why should the police even bother enforcing traffic laws against a guy like this? Certainly he never bothered with the fines or legal repercussions. Like Captain Renault in Casablanca... “It is a game we play. They hand me a bill, I rip up the bill. It is all very convenient”.

The only thing you can do with a guy like that is incarcerate him or seize his car. The normal methods of law enforcement do not apply.

Here in Cincinnati, the City (demorats) turned over their testicles to the DOJ after the opportunity presented itself (police actually arrested rioters).

Now nebroids cannot be pulled over without paperwork in triplicate and a half hour on the computer. So they do what they want which largely involves shooting each other.

Kind of hard to be reaching for your drivers license when you do not have any.

Yes. I have a couple of friends who have gone through/are going through the DUI process.

It is intricate, expensive, and difficult.

It is full of traps and time limits and payments.

I have been appalled at the insanity.

Yes, these guys made errors. But they were petty errors.

Both of them are retired, with steady incomes. The process still worked hardships on them. Trying to make it work for someone with a low level job?

Very, Very difficult.

A couple of years ago, I worked in Arlington, VA, and had the pleasure one day to listen to a conversation between two ladies on public transportation.

They had accidentally bumped into each other....having grown up in the same neighborhood of DC as kids...both now were in mid-20’s.

Each had moved out of DC...across the river into Arlington. Reason why? Each had a falling out with cars, tags, and licenses...with fines. I listened to the conversation.

One spoke of getting a decent job which required a car, and some relative helped her acquire a car. Within a month, she had first of several parking tickets for around DC. After paying out almost a thousand dollars over one year...she gave up on living there and moved to Arlington, where she took the bus into work each day.

The second gal had mostly the same issue....a couple of speeding tickets, her car towed on three occasions, and at least two thousand dollars handed over to the tow folks or the DC city folks. She moved and gave up on driving to her job in DC....using the bus and subway system.

I go back to this guy’s run of bad luck....continual fines....and cops seen as a unpleasant part of society. Maybe he deserved all the tickets....maybe not. But I’ll make a bet with you that over a thousand people in this Twin Cities area are working the driving experience without a license on a daily basis...all because of the revenue generator created by local authorities.

I also don’t fault the cop in reacting the way he did...there’s just too much risk in the profession today to make it something you want to do for your entire life.

A basic question that I may have missed the answer to: did Castile have a driver’s license when he was stopped this time?

After looking at his history and the discussions here about how hard it is to get one back, that seems to be a big question. Because if he didn’t have a driver’s license, what else could he have been reaching for?

What a collosal disaster for the mainstream

I still believe reckless Governor Dayton should be charged with inciting a riot.

That’s not necessarily true. For one thing, her claim that he was reaching for his license is highly dubious in that he constantly drove without one. For another, his entire attitude toward the rules of society, toward police, and his prior refusal to cooperate all support the defense of Yenez being justified based on Castile’s actions.

So once again when the truth comes out we all recognize that this was a good shoot.

Another shit-stain thug off the streets. Cop should get a medal.

I am not sure who first said it, but a lie makes it half way around the world while the truth is still getting its pants on.

The MSM is trying to push the attachment to ISLAM out of the picture in the Dallas, Orlando and Nice incidents.
