Donald Trump has said he would rather vote for a Democrat than back former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke.
The Republican nominee distanced himself from the white supremacist, who announced he would be running for the Senate in Louisiana last week.
Duke, a former Grand Wizard, said Trump's presidential campaign inspired him to enter his own race.
The billionaire businessman said he rebuked Duke's 'as quick as you can say it' during his appearance on NBC's Meet The Press on Sunday.

I know Trump is trying to parse his words carefully but sometimes he just makes it worse.
I don’t think Trump said anything wrong this time.
And the whole premise is false. Really, why should Trump even be asked about such a stunt on the part of the former Democrat Presidential candidate Duke?
He should have just said, "I'd vote for a Democrat over Duke" without the "depends on who the Democrat is" modifier. It is a gotcha question, but as the head of the ticket he's going to be asked. If he'd just said, "No way I'm voting for Duke" and left it at that then the issue probably would have died.

I would not. Voting for a demonicrat is morally wrong. Voting for David Duke is also morally wrong. This is what minor parties are for.
My comment only regarded the “making him look bad” portion. Which is what they (MSM) are always trying to do. Donald may have to get more personal if Duke keeps spouting off.
Their old tricks wont work anymore.

But he hasn't learned that and he continues to accept interviews with the media. Every time he does then he gives more grist for the media mill.
