70% of black births in the US are bastards. Until black women are willing to show some self respect don’t expect much to change in black mens behavior.
Many people assume these bastards are unplanned; that is not the case at all. As black teenage girls approach high school graduation with no job skills or desire to work, breeding a golden ticket welfare bastard gets them their own apartment, food stamps/WIC, etc. - it has become their “job” of choice.
That is why flooding their schools with birth control has done nothing, and this mindset has quickly spread in the white and Hispanic population.
