LEO flashers were expensive 10 years ago, dirt cheap today. White flashers have no meaning whatsoever, not even for use on escort vehicles. Headlight wigwag circuits are 10 bucks now, used to be expensive also.
It seems every out of work redneck around here is driving a $50,000 crew cab, diesel 3/4 ton truck. Unless it had pintle mounts and armor, it was nothing.
