He was very fair, but he said that she has (admitted to) at 3 concussions over the past 20 yrs (1998?, 2009, 2012) and that plus stress could bring on early onset of dimensia.
He said Congress needs to order a medical evaluation. He also doesn’t think she is capable of being President.
And where does it say in the Constitution that Congress can require a “health test” to run for political office?
I appreciate the sentiment but it’s up to the voter to decide.
