Isn’t that pretty much the mission of head start? My mom has been a head start home visitor for 26 years-parent and child education. Nutrition and life skills are part of that education.
Not here that I ever knew of unless it’s changed recently. It’s basically a free babysitting service. For a few months, I was at the baby/toddler center where mothers enrolled in school would drop their kids off for the center to babysit all day from 7:30 am to 6 pm. No family education was offered to them and workers were ordered not to say a word when they’d brag about going out with everything that breathed and wanting to get pg.
