I worked at McD’s as a kid and dont see how that could happen. This burgers are fried in the open and unless you’re REALLY not paying attention, you would notice it when you put the cheese, pickles etc. on the burger.
IF the worms were actually MDs fault I would look at cleanliness issues. Else they were imports
Class of ‘74 here, paper hat days. They are much more automated now, but a live worm won’t survive the cooking process.
Burger patties are also frozen when they hit the grill. Just like the egg product for Egg Biscuits. If there were critters in a sandwich, some one put them there. Not the first time some one has pulled these type stunts.
Now a hair on your sandwich would be more common as all they wear are paper hats not hairnets. Yeah, I did my share of McD work too. Best FF maker in the store, you didn’t get cold fries when I worked the fryer.
Now you can’t CCW in my state it has a NO GUNS allowed sign up in all the McD’s and I won’t go there and support their stupidity.
