Didn’t she say she knew nothing about what it is to wipe a hard drive? Wipe like as in dusting ?

If she fails to become president and somehow misses prison . . . she could have a great gig as their national spokesman.

“A product so good that even the F.B.I. find ‘em after they are gone!”

(of course, they didn’t look as hard as Julian Assange)

This can't be correct. She told us as in "wipe with a cloth?...shrill cackle". So says the Bitch of The West.

FBI Director Comey said there was NO intent even though such language is not stipulated in the statute. NOW there is proof of intent. What say you now Mr. - no prosecutor would take the case - Comey? You specifically layed out the case for prosecution for some 15 minutes and then folded in the last minute. How do you look your fellow Agents in the eye every day?

Gross Negligence as defined in two different dictionaries:
1. An indifference to, and a blatant violation of, a legal duty with respect to the rights of others.

2. Gross negligence is a conscious and voluntary disregard of the need to use reasonable care, which is likely to cause foreseeable grave injury or harm to persons, property, or both. It is conduct that is "extreme" (Comey's adverb) when compared with ordinary Negligence, which is a mere failure to exercise reasonable care.

Since Comey spun "gross negligence" into "extremely careless", let's define. Below are synonyms for "extremely":
"extremely" synonyms from Websters just to name a few in this context:
awfully, badly, beastly, blisteringly, colossally, enormously, exceedingly, greatly, highly, hugely, immensely, incredibly, intensely,

Synonyms for "careless";
care·less; adjective: careless not giving sufficient attention or thought to avoiding harm or errors.
synonyms: inattentive, incautious, negligent, absentminded, remiss;

Also, "According to the Federal Bar Association, negligence is “An act or the omission to do something which a reasonable and prudent person would, or would not, do under similar circumstances.”
To the average person this means simply the failure to take proper care. Black’s Law Dictionary’s definition of gross negligence includes the words “extreme carelessness.”

According to Webster’s dictionary careless is simply defined as “the failure to take proper care.” “Grossly” and “extremely” are adjectives that have similar meanings. There is no clear difference between “grossly negligent” and “extremely careless.”

There you have it folks. "Extremely careless" and "Gross Negligence" equate to the same thing by reasonable standards and by literal definitions. Of course you all knew it, just thought I'd post the definitions which Comey sold his soul for.
