It's a parenthetical phrase "she avoids hospitals like the plague"...she translates to "who" not "whom" in usage.

I say this not to complain or pick nits but just to lay out my idea of correct usage for Freeper language fanatics like myself.

I just read something about Chelsea’s 4th floor loft, purchased in 2013, was originally to have accommodated Bill Clinton, he is not in great health either, and hasn’t been for sometime.

Also, apparently Chelsea and her husband have another residence nearby.

And then, IIRC, didn’t The Clinton Foundation purchase that 4th floor loft for Chelsea? Sounds like they wanted to set up a private clinic where they could be treated for their degenerative diseases without the prying eyes of the public.
