On Google Earth at 22*31’36.71N and 89*40’26.48”W, there is an atoll. The question is what are the submerged structures(or depressions) on the East and North sides of the atoll? To me they are spaced and aligned in a L pattern.

Yes, the magnetic poles. And it's quite frequent in terms of geologic timespans, about every 200 to 300 thousand years over the last twenty million. There is a "wobble" in the planet's rotation, sort of like a spinning top, with a periodicity of 23,000 years. But the axis of rotation is (pardon the pun) set in stone.

Precisely. It is tis “wobble” that is in question. Rather than a “wobble” conceptualize a slippage of the mantle. With the mag pole remaining absolute and the shell moving the mag pole would shift its position on the mantle.

That pile of rocks, and the one rock with the inscriptions reminds me of a project a company that I worked with had. It was for a nuclear dump site, and they were hired to come up with some sort of warning symbols and signs so “people” 100,000 years from now wouldn’t dig it up.

One of the ideas was to scatter a bunch of huge boulders cut into various “ominous” shapes, and then some sort of sign. Probably would have ended up looking similar to your photo!
