I think it is appropriate that today’s APOD photo is from Czechoslovakia.
Since a 50-year-old man by the name of Zdenek Gazda filmed cankles *stumble* with his smartphone. Gazda is a Czech immigrant .... without his quick thinking, we, and her press would still be in the dark about her whereabouts that afternoon. It changed the conversation in the race.
