Until one of these big city mayors and police departments stand up to these criminals the riots and looting will continue.
The mayor and police need to release a statement to the press, we will not tolerate looting or violence or the closing of public highways. If you try to loot or commit arson YOU WILL BE MET WITH DEADLY FORCE and then do it. Obama and the feds would have a crap fit but then again they are not burning down DC.

Interesting speculation. I KNOW that every time I purchase and register expensive electronics I am required to provide the Serial number, the model number and where it was purchased; even when it's a gift, the information should have been supplied to the purchaser.
I doubt if the merchandise on the floor is recorded for ease in dealing with Black Thug "acquisitions," and if the merchandise is stolen, it can be rendered permanently useless remotely.
Incidentally, for warranty purposes all reputable stores keep a copy of the receipt indefinitely.
One only need ask.
And the problem with that is...?
When everything you have tried fails to work, human ingenuity screams to fine NEW freaking ways.
My solution?
Set up meal stations where "children" under 14 will be fed as needed (without takeout! consumed on premises only.)
Have the "Charity Stations" (with huge, prominent signage identifying them as such) authorized to protect "the children's" facility with deadly force, no questions asked, no further authorization required.
No moaning and whining tolerated about "humiliating and demeaning" entertained. and rioting will be automatic shoot to kill.
What's that? The adults?
