We had a scary looking clown wandering around the streets of one of our local Cow Towns here in Wisconsin.
Turns out they’re hiring people to do this to promote an upcoming movie.

Some kids in Annapolis, MD reported a stalking clown. They made the story up. First time I have ever heard a radio newscaster refer to children as “brats.”
