In 1931 the Empire State Bldg was started and completed in 1.5 years. So yeah, I can see how building a couple of 15’ x 30’ concrete block s**thouses and installing some garbage cans, trails, and of course the required diversity pavilions would take four years. I’m just surprised the feasibility and enviro impact studies won’t take that long.
I thought EnviroWeenies wanted us all to stay OUT of Nature so we don’t wreck it! Building parking spaces will just invite more of us unwashed peasants to use the hiking trails!
