Come on, now! I despise Madame Hell-ery as much as the next Trump-publican, but that finger movement is a minor nervous twitch. She has energy pulsating, oscillating throughout her 5ft4in body. A virtual spark plug of frantic energy who has to wear a Poker Face and stand in place for 90 minutes, or be judged as ‘sick’. I would be drumming my fingers, tapping my toes as well.
It would have be ‘nice’ had she gone into Full-Out Headbobble Mode, but that has not yet occurred.
