Gov. Mike Pence made it clear Tuesday night that he wasn't happy with Sen. Tim Kaine for repeatedly bringing up Donald Trump's position on immigration.
"When Donald Trump says women should be punished or Mexicans are rapists and criminals or John McCain's not a hero, he is showing you who he is," Kaine said.
"Senator, you whipped out that Mexican thing again," Pence said.

Pence was not happy that Kaine kept misrepresenting Trump on the Mexican issue - he was continually interrupted by Kaine AND the so-called moderator. She was terrible.
Thought Pence got a few points in toward the end of the debate when he was specific about criminals and illegals, also noting that Kaine kept partially quoting Trump alluding to Kaine’s intent to further an agenda.
Kaine is a nasty SoB.

Kaine had nothing really...the only good thing I can think of saying about Kaine is that his son, Nat, is an active duty US Marine.
Other than that, Kaine is a rude, slippery, mealy mouthed used car and snake oil salesman.
He cannot keep his mouth shut and interrupts time and again every time Pence tries to explain anything...and the moderator is a joke in not controlling it.
Pence is clearly MUCH more presidential on that stage as a VP candidate. Kaine is a slick liar, who knowingly falsifies and misrepresents the record almost every time he opens his mouth.
Kaine rippled off one lie after another, but his tactic of talking over Pence whenever he was hitting a nerve cost him dearly with the squishy undecided. IMHO
In the psychology business what the Clintonians do is called “catastrophizing” - taking one or two examples and applying them to an entire universe - so Trump said some bad things about a few specific women, but Kaine and his ilk claim Trump said those bad things about all women - Pence finally put Kaine away nicely when he told Kaine that Trump had also said that many Mexicans were good people, destroying the lie that Trump called “all” Mexicans rapists and thieves and leaving Kaine speechless and with a stunned look on his face....
